ORDER, DELIVERY, WARRANTY & PAYMENT INFORMATION

ORDER INFORMATION
  • With every bespoke non-stock Pod signed order we will require a 25% deposit. Full balance prior to delivery.
     
  • With every Stock Pod signed order we will require payment in full prior to delivery.

  • In the unusual event you wish to cancel your order during production, we apply a percentage charge as follows. 

 

Stage 1 - Materials - 25% of the total cost

Stage 2 - Milling and Forming - 50% of the total cost

Stage 3 - Construction - 75% of the total cost

Final Stage - Detailing - 95% of the total cost

DELIVERY & ACCESS
  • When considering one of our pods please think about the access, the ground it will sit on and allow 4-6 weeks delivery as every pod is handmade to specification.

  • We will ask you to take photographs and measurements to verify access (please see T&C's). Don't worry we will guide you through the process. Delivery is charged as extra and depends on your location.

WARRANTY & GUARANTEES

  • Please see our T&C'S. Also, please note delivery charges are non-refundable. As with all outdoor furniture annual maintenance will be required to preserve for years to come.
